  1.           The agreement about use of the program

  3.    Internet Download Accelerator ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is "shareware"
  4. and is distributed "as is". The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as
  5. a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use
  6. on more than one computer.

  8.    The computer software, artwork and other components included in
  9. this version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the exclusive copyrighted
  10. property of WestByte. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by
  11. copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  12.  
  13.    You must not: (a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any
  14. portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (b) modify or prepare derivative
  15. works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or
  16. disassemble the Software; (d) publish serial keys or key generation
  17. algorithms.

  19.    You may use this program non-commercial purposes during 30 days.
  20. After that you should register your copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT or stop
  21. the usage of the Software and uninstall it.

  23.    This Trial Version SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed,
  24. provided that: (a) such distribution includes only the original
  25. archive supplied by WestByte, you may not alter, delete or add any
  26. files in the distribution archive; (b) no money is charged to the
  27. person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging
  28. and other overhead.

  30.    The developers are not responsible for any damage of hardware or 
  31. software caused by use of the program.

  33.    The installation and the usage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT mean the
  34. acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
